Well I wonder, do we have kissing police now? So if what you are asking, is it ok, for a new grandparent alowed to kiss a new born child, after all, granny could be a pedophile??? I do not know about you but kissing anybody at any age in anywhere around the world, I would think that is not a sex act, especially if consented to. Kissing a penis, kissing a virgina could be classed as a sex act but kissing on the lips, who cares, unless the kissing police are around!
