Probably not. The government performs an extremely small amount of eavesdropping relative to the gigantic cellular call volume every day. The much bigger threat than government are other people. If you are concerned with security you should avoid using wireless headsets and most importantly do not conduct calls in public where people can listen. Remember, a private call made in public becomes a public call.
