How to reduce cast delay?

in Ro monster card only have a mvp card can reduce cast delay,it is Kiel-D11 or Kiel-D01,both are same effect.But this card at every server have every effect.Example,Nlro(private server)Kiel card only -10% cast delay,but TPro(private server) can - 50% cast delay.

Hire your cast as soon as possible, and hire professional actors so there isn't as much of a chance of a delay.

and u can also reduce your casting time by using of monster cards
like clock manager card reduce ur casting time by 5%
or a premium item called magic eye also reduce your casting time by 5%

ot the other way is to get berzebub card, reduce 30% of ur casting time but it only exist in the private server cause it is still comming on other episodes

First, let's make something clear:
>> CAST DELAY is the time between spells, the few seconds you have to wait before being able to cast again.
>> CAST TIME is the time it takes you to cast the actual spell. For example, the spell Magnus Exorcimus takes 15 seconds to cast for a priest with only 1 DEX.

These two are often confused with the other. Having said that, I will now tell you that there is only one LEGITIMATE way to speed up cast delay: have a bard with you and use his BRAGI'S POEM. This cuts down cast delay to almost zero.

You can use expert rings dropped by ragged zombie which reduce delay by 5%. Also Kiel D-01 card is a headgear card and reduces delay by 30%. Good luck!
