    Try solving riddles, doing puzzles and crosswords every day. Keep your mental health active. Enjoy reading as a hobby--newspapers, magazines, novels. Some people like to memorize famous quotes or passages from their favorite books. Both physical and mental exercises help to keep the brain sharp.     I am not a medical doctor. here is my receipe for an improved memory and overall feeling of good health. a fifteen minute plan of exercise, each morning. i take a mulitivitamin, especially formulated for a man. theres also one for women. to this vitamin, i add one gingko baloba. my memory is great and my body feels great. the brain needs fresh blood and oxygen, to keep the brain cells healthy and active. i would get my doctors ok, before i began any exercise program or the taking of any new medication. if you don't keep your brain active, the memory will be just that..........a memory.
