Yes. You have to add the caloric and carb count. Just because something is added later, doesn't mean it doesn't count. If you eat it, it counts, period.

That depends on if you think milk and muffins are healthy to begin with. Neither are. Muffins are filled with sugar and refined flour, neither of which have any nutritional value, and the only redeeming quality about milk is the calcium - which you can get just as easily from a serving of broccoli.
