Why do we need eyelashes AND eyebrows?

Eyelashes to protect our eyes exposed to dust and other particles from the air, or blown into our eyes. I'm not so sure about the eyebrows.

Eyebrows also prevent debris such as dandruff and other small objects from falling into the eyes, as well as providing a more sensitive sense for detecting objects being near the eye, like small insects.

Eyebrows also have an important facilitary function in communication, strengthening expressions like surprise or anger.

We need eyebrows to protect us from liquid-like substances such as sweat and rain. The shape of the brows help the liquid to run off the side of the face to prevent iiritation in the eyes.

We need eyelashes to protect us from harmfull substances in the air such as dust.

Eyebrows are good for expressing emotion. Without them, one looks vacant.

Eyebrows provent sweat from running into the eyes.
Eyelashes protect the eyes from anything in the air.

Eyebrows keep rain from our eyes. Eyelashes protect them from other air-borne debris. They act as filters!

Eyelashes are to keep stuff out of you eyes the eyebrows are to help make your forhead smaller...LOL

Eyebrows tend to direct liquid (like rain) from our eyes, and the lashes protect from solid particles (like dust).

eye lashes keep things from getting into our eyes... eyebrows I have NO IDEA...

To protect our eyes from dust particles that irritate our eyes.
