He hasn't appointed anyone of those faiths -- George W. Bush and his men are a clear and present danger to the safety of our country - and the longer they stay in office, the more damage they will do -- They are incapable of changing their behavior - and to allow them to continue to violate the Constitution and ignore our freedoms is dangerous and wrong.

As far as I am aware, he hasn't appointed anyone of those faiths. What I read in that clause, it says: "...no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States." I don't interpret that to mean he is required to appoint people from every faith. (Not that he shouldn't) So I don't think he is in violation.

The clause is there so that no one can be forced to join a church in order to work in the government.

The King of England forced people to join the Anglican church and the Constitution spoke specifically to this action by the Crown.

Where has he forced anyone to convert? Because he does not have an atheist (and I don't know if he does or does not) in his Cabinet does not mean he is excluding them. That logic is flawed.
