I dropped 2 stone in a week and a half through starvation. You do NOT want to do that. Now, getting a healthy diet and doing enough exercise is the quickest, most consistent and healthiest way to do it. If you want to lose weight, then go for it, but don't make it the very focus of your life like my mum does. Maybe a weight loss program like weight watchers would help? They tend to help the motivation
Reduce your calorie intake to 900 calories a day (only healthy foods, no drinks or juices) and exercise 4 hours a day. And two to three times a week, weight training.
The plan that worked best for me was following the advice given in the book, "Eat to Live", by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. TONS of fruits, veggies, legumes, whole grains, and nothing processed and very little or no sugar. Lots of herbal tea and water, and a good Omega 3 supplement (I like Coromega).
Most people are not down with his plan, though, because they're unwilling to give up the foods that are killing them.
You have to truly consider what you're willing and unwilling to give up, whether you're truly up for the challenge.
Weight Watchers program is not FAST weight loss, but it is steady weight loss and it is managable.
You learn the tools to take weight off and keep it off.
I lost about 30 pounds in 2 months just by walking 6 days a week for 1-2 hours (one in the morning, one in the afternoon). This was during my summer vacation so I had a lot of time. I also ate healthier - around 7 servings of fruit/vegetables and 8-10 glasses of water. It's been about 10 months and I have been able to maintain the weight. Now, in addition, I eat breakfast EVERYDAY. I occasionally go to the gym and drink green tea... I think that's all. :D
If you drink lots of soda, stop it. Drink water. That'll help.
Fast weight loss does not last...a long term eating and excercise plan is the only way to go...unless you want your stomach stapled (this definitely works) but even with stomach stapling you still have to watch your food intake and excercise...there is no easy answer to weight loss...good luck...
The absolute fastest I ever lost weight was on Phen-Phen, but, I wouldn't recommend it. It can do heart valve and lung damage. I'd suggest regular exercise and proper diet. It just takes time.
Fast is never good. I lost 60 pounds in less than 3 months and it came running back. I have lost 80 pounds slowly and it stayed off. I know it's boring but sensible eating of ALL the food groups, exercising, healthy lifestyles, controlling food allergies, all make for a healthier life.
The fastest way to do it is crash diet and exercise. This isn't a healthy way to do it, and you'll feel like hell the whole time. You'll put the weight back on fairly easily too.
I am told the lemon detox diet is good, and in fact I'm about to start it as soon as my exams are over.

It took me 18 months to loose 5st,i did the healthy steady route if you loose it to quick it just pile back on,i have kept it of for 9 years now.
Eat less and include as much raw vegetables in your diet. Fruits are good but they contain lots of sugar so be careful with the amount of your daily consumption. And drink lots of water.
Not all diets work for everyone. One will lose weight easily another..nothing. Do it right, go to your doctor or a dietition. They will tell you what's best for YOUR body type. This way you won't have one failed diet and expense after another. Good going!
Honestly, I think you should stop worrying about your weight and get on with life.
Unless of course there are health issues...
Ooh, no good.
Whatever you do, DO NOT crash diet.
The best thing to do is cut out anything unnecessary (give up fast food totally, switch to skim milk isntead of whole, snack on sunflower seeds instead of M&Ms) and exercise. A healthy diet and exercise are the best things for you.
Most doctors recommend losing no more than 2-3 pounds a week, so your skin can keep up with you. You don't wanna end up with huge, ugly flaps of skin.
Good luck! I know it's hard, but in time, and with due diligence, you CAN do it! ^_^
my advice would be to take Xenadrine Maximum Strength its a diet suppliment that actually works, i take them and eat only superfoods, salmon, turkey, blueberries ect i snack on blueberries and walnuts 3 times a day and eat 2 balanced meals breakfast i have oats and for dinner i have a speg bol on jacket potatoe, i dont eat any dairy just have a dash of milk in my tea and drink green tea aswell that speeds up metabolism.
