  • I don't believe any benifit will result from PUNCHING Think of life and all of the things it has to offer. How many of those things will improve if you punch them? Love in the heart
  • Punching things may make your skin tougher, but will not increase your bone density. You'd need to have a healthy diet and plenty of calcium for that. Try drinking lots of milk and possibly calcium pills, being careful not to develop calcium deposits. Only use recommended doses.
  • It is called Wolff's law if you keep hitting something to make an impact on the bones, the bone will soon heal and become stronger, because the external part of the bone will strengthen.
