Mine reads 210. That is not a good sign. The odd is that I'm neither overweight or fat. But still, 210 is a pretty high choresterol. My doctor said a diet and good exercise should lower it, before it grows to another problem.

Mine was 216 about a year ago. I just had it retested and I was able to bring it down to 190. I just stopped doing the really egregious, unhealthy stuff I used to do (fast food, eating right before bed, no exercise, etc.)

Mine was right at 200. Doctor said pretty normal. I've been taking Cholestoff by nature made to bring it down even more.

134 almost vegan vegetarian. I'm going to get more serious about getting into better shape with cardio workouts as an experiment to see if it drops lower. 86 triglyceride.
