Do you call the cops on drivers that appear to be under the influence?

    Yes. One New Year's Eve my husband and I were on our way home and we passed by a bar. A car pulled out in front of us and was weaving all over the road. We called the police on our cell phones. We stayed on the phone with the police while we followed the guy all over town. He went in the opposite lanes, off the shoulders, over medians, ran red lights, went into on coming traffic, and nearly drove off a bridge. We went through three towns and two parishes when the guy finally got to his house. The cops never managed to stop him.
