  • Well in the area of food, everything in moderation- not too much of one food group e.g. carbohydrates.That can lead to allergies anyway as your body becomes intolerant to that food.Bingeing is not eating in moderation and bingers tend to over-eat one thing e.g. bread.A varied diet is healthy.Same goes for lots of things- e.g. too much TV is not good for your health.And that is personal to me too.
  • It means portion control, and it's very difficult! I love good food. I maintain a normal weight. But I ALWAYS want more, especially of sweet fat or salty fat. *sigh*
  • It means to eat till sated, not overindulge or to the 'stuffing' point. Enough calories, fiber, and quantity for physical and mental satisfaction.
