Help answer this question below.

I have a '72 Super Beetle with a 1500cc engine. The car sputters and sometimes dies when under acceleration, any suggestions as to fixing this problem?

    Whens the last time this thing has had a tune up? Has the O2 sensor been changed? Also check to see that you have all the vaccumm lines properly connected.
