Help answer this question below.

Hi, I have a 2001 lesabre that won't go in gear. what is the problem? not leaking oil.

    G-MAN

    the linkage from the gear shifter is not hooked up right or its binding up by the transmission and are u trying to put it into gear when u are on an incline if so from now on use ur parking brake then put it in park
