Yes I have. I had a knee surgery years ago to remove a bone spur. It was done by a military doctor. I'm sure you know where this is going. He cut my major nerve that runs down my leg so I'm numb from 4 inches above and below my knee. When he remove the bone spur he also took out much needed carilage. Because of all this I now need a knee replacement at the tender age of 30. Because it was military everything was swept under the table.

Yeah your not kidding. After surgery a kid was in traction next to me in the room for a broken hip or something. First of all i know many people who have broken a hip or a femur and not one did traction. today they screw it together and your on your feet a week later. Anyway this kid must have moved the wrong way and started screaming. I had to get out of bed and roll my leg on my I V stand only 15 yards to get the nurse to attend to the kid. The military is a complete joke medically.

I HATE people that try to destroy excellent doctors with frivolous lawsiuts. Yes, occasionaly there is a legimate malpractice suit. But 99% of them are RIDICULOUS!!! My dad is a doctor, and thanks to you people, pays out about a quarter of what he makes in malpractice insurance. You people have NO IDEA how hard it is to become a doctor these days. To target the very people that went through 8 years of college (and 4 years internship) to save YOUR LIFE is a disgrace to this country and the entire medical community.

I'm not sure if it qualifies as malpractice, but when I was in labor with my daughter the nurse forged my signature on a consent form for Pitocin. It didn't cause any permanent damage, but it could have.
