You're reading Husband cheated, I moved. He stopped talking and told everyone that he had no idea where I was (total Lie). Now it looks as if he has married and has not divorced me (at least to my knowledge). I heard he could file for a divorce and I not know about it?

Do you still have your children?
by lizizhere on May 14th, 2007
I definetly still have my children. I went through court for about 5 years on and off. My ex was a court freak, and was always trying to manipulate the court system and use it as a tool against me. About 30 people wrote up letters in my behalf, explaining what kind of person and mother I was. I cooperated with the court system always. It was not always easy, but I knew as well as other people, that God was on my side. Everything turned out for the good of me and my kids.

I use to take my kids to visitations with him every other weekend. Most of the time my mom and dad came with me or a friend, for protection. Well a couple times I decided to go by myself; this was about 3 1/2 years ago. My ex asked if we all could go out for lunch together, and I was very cautious. Well he presented me with some papers, and wanted me to recant everything I had said in the court. To tell you the truth, I really did not know what recant meant and he knew that.

I do not have a big vocabulary. He knew how he could manipulate me into signing some papers for him. Now I'm not dum; I'm not saying that. But he also took advantage of my kindness. To make the long story short, I dismissed him from anger management classes; I filled out a paper saying he did not have to pay back childsupport; and he also got me to drop a restraining order against him; Why? he said he wanted to work out of court, and make things right; he used this all against me in court. That was his whole plan. I would say watch out for these kind of people.
