As everyone else has implied, but not specifically stated, the boiling point is 100 Celsius at standard pressure. So, not only elevation affects the boiling, but laboratory conditions such as vacuum or higher pressures affect the boiling point. From the gas laws, we know that Temperature varies directly with Pressure, so as the pressure falls, so does the boiling temperature. Pressure falls with altitude, so the boiling temperature is lower at higher altitudes.
