How many times is a child allowed to bite by texas law at a daycare or child development center?

    It depends on the center. There is no law concerning how many tines a child may bite. Daycare centers often get rid of biters rather quickly so as not to lose their non-biters. My nephew was kicked out of five different Dallas-area daycares before he was three for biting.

    It all depends on the center. If you have a child who continually does this, and you're worried they'll kick him/her out, you probably have reason to worry.

    I don't have a child...But I am hoping when I do, the other children aren't allowed to bite at ALL.
