Help answer this question below.

When I turn my ignition key only the dash lights come on, I arced the coil and the starter screatches but wont turn engine is this electrical

    If the starter is attempting possibly you have missing teeth or corrosion on the Flywheel.
    Firt advice would be get the starter off, and inspect the flywheel.
    Because you're starter motor attempts i'd say electrically it's alright.
    Without seeing or hearing this myself though it's difficult to diagnose :/

    Check your ditributor and HT leads - sounds like no spark is getting to your plugs (presuming it's a petrol engine).
