Well, it makes women want to masturbate too. It's visual stimulation. People watch it and get turned on. Then they feel the need to relieve themself. Sorry if it's a stupid answer, but kind of a stupid question.

If the subject of the porn is perceived as sexually arousing to the male he will experience enhanced physical tension in his genital region, in the form of an erection of his penis, which to most males is a virtually irresistible object, and then desire to process it in order to relieve the tension and receive gratification.
