    They both mean "son of Adil." Adil is an Arabic first name found in Russia. It means "righteous", "fair" or "just". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adil “Ov”, “off”, “in”, “vich” and “ev” at the end of a Russian surname indicate the surname means “son of ____” (whatever). It should also be noted that “off” is often the “English” version of “ov.” It is also used by Russians to make their name sound more aristocratic.
