Their first UK hit was "Come On" written by Chuck Berry with "I Want to Be Loved" by Willie Dixon as the B-side. "Little Red Rooster" by Willie Dixon was their first UK number 1 while "Time is on my side" by Norman Meade was their first US top 10 hit. "Not Fade Away" by Buddy Holly was their first US hit. However, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards started writing most of the bands material. The first Jagger/Richards charttopper in the UK was "The Last Time" while "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" was their first US number 1. I have attached sources for your reference.
