The first time I saw bacon cheeseburger pizza was when I moved down south. So maybe it's the Pizza of the Southeast USA. But right now they just delivered our Greek pizza so I'm out of here!
Over here most restaurants have their own pizzas with some particular combination of ingredients. Authentic, original Italian pizza is fairly plain, and in all likelihood the pizzas you mentioned are unknown in the countries they're named for.
yes there is an australian pizza its called an "Aussie" it has kangaroo tail and koala nose with wombat droppings and emu urine. LOL not really it has egg bacon onion cheese and tomato
Thai pizza has Thai chicken and peanut sauce all over it.
Quebecois pizza has baco,mushrooms and extra cheese.
I grew up in Buffalo and they have their own style too.
It's been ten years since I've been there, but all I can say is that the pizza there tastes awesome.

I've eaten at at least 50 different local pizza shops there and I could recommend many good places to go and eat.
I noticed I used at two times in a row and I hope all you grammarians out there don't take offense to this.
In South africa, they have just introduced "homegrown" pizzas. One has boerewors(sausage) on it, and the others, things that are local in South Africa.
African Pizza has shrunken heads on it and Australian Pizza has kangaroo on it.
