Question

Help answer this question below.

I installed AVG anti virus system on my pc but it seemed to slow down my system, so i uninstalled.Now when I start my pc, I get the following message. "Could not initialize AVG anti-virus kernal interface.Application cannot run. HELP !

    type "msconfig" in run, and go to the Startup tab.

    Look down that list for anything that could be AVG-Related (if you can't find anything, google the different names in the list) and take the check out of the box beside any AVG-related items.

    Click on MY COMPUTER, LOCAL FILES (C DRIVE), PROGRAM FILES. Find and delete it from the program files.

    AVG is a good antivirus, it won't slow you down more than every other antivirus out there. I'd say reinstall it and see if that helps.
