My 89 pontiac grand prix is front wheeldrive. There are spark plugs in front and rear of the engine, unlike standard engines. How do I get to the plugs in the rear without pulling the motor?

With great manual dexterity and possibly judicious use of socket extensions. While I have done the rear plugs on a V6 FWD, it is not fun or easy by any stretch of the imagination.

Take off teh front coolant box and put it to the side. then you will need to disconnect the front 2 motor mounts. they are shapped likw a partial wish-bone design. then you will need to get a racheting tie-down and connect it to th engine(use the black steel loop next to the altinator) then hook the other end up to teh front of teh car somewhere that is metal and won't break. Then put the transmition in Nuetral. Then yyou can rachet the engine foward giving you room to work on the the rear spark plugs and also teh O2 sensor. Good luck and have fun.
