  • well other than the reasons noted above i would like to note that excessive water also reduces the amount of salt and minerals concentration in your body...thus all cells would just stop working...or burst due to excessive water intering the cell. that is why athletics and sports players are suggested to have drinks like (isotope) that has certain amounts of minerals.
