Hi Golum, how do you go about that? I went to look at the forms online at http://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk and they require the person's full name and address. When I worked for a solicitor I distinctly remember us making a claim for a client who only knew a man by his first name, which is the circumstance I find myself in. I have his address but no surname.
