Life is what you make of it. If you make sucky decisions or have a sucky view of the people and world around you then guess what... life will suck. The best thing to do is take a look at what sucks in your life and either try and change them or get rid of the negative.

Not from where I stand. Others may disagree. I am married to a wonderful, loving woman, all my debts are paid except for my motorcycle and my car ( on each of which I owe about $10,000 ), I have five grown children who love me, and nine grandchildren who love me. I have two rambunctious dogs, and am going to get another cat. The downside is that I have both cancer and diabetes from Agent Orange exposure while in Vietnam, and my doctors have given me 2 - 5 years to live, one of which is gone. You decide. : )

I hate to say this but life is what you make of it. It's how you view things, how much you participate positively and not just standing by or taking from life. Try changing your view to positive things. If you trhink life sucks, it will, no matter how wonderful things are around you. FInd joy in simple things. How beautiful the sky is. How lovely a smile from a friend can be. Food that nourishes. A flower that colors your world. FInd joy in the fact that you can do something little like walk, or breathe, that your heart beats, that you cn hear or see, chew. Rewrite what is going on in your head. No negativities allowed! Only positives.

Why do we drive on the parkway and park in the driveway? Some questions have no real answers. I hate the suck parts but like many others have said, embrace the good times. But there are so many lessons I have learned in the suck times. So, we need these suck times as tests and training and we should learn from them. But the good news is that all of us have suck times and it is not just you. We are all in the good ship suck boat from time to time. Hope you sail into some good times.

life can suck at certain times all becasue what is happening in it at that time! but it is not liek that all the time! it may take a while to get good, but every one does have great time! if they do not dwell on the bad ones!!
i just had a bad run... but trying to look positive. all in one month my grandmother died, so had her funeral, my other gandparent went into hospital and my partners uncle dies( who i was close with, adn we sat there while they had to take him off the life support, and watch his kids cry) So yer my life is suckign this month, but i know it will get better =] think positive xx

Life does suck and its a shame, but sometimes its all about how you deal with it. How you respond to outside influences can all be controlled. You can just decide to not let it get to you. Its easier than you think. Its actually empowering to just rise above it all. Dont let it suck ;)

Because sometimes it's dark (struggles and pain). The key is not to lose sight of the light (smooth-sailing and pleasure) while you're in the dark. The bits that suck are the shadows that shape our lives. Like a painting that must have the darker brushstrokes in order to give dimension to the lighter parts, so must we have the darker times.
