Whichever side you prefer. Either just pick one, your favorite, or get it on the side that looks better. If you have ear piercings already, take that into consideration. Symmetry isn't as importance as balance in asthetic matters. So basically, get whatever you want.

well, look in a mirror and and see which side you think would look better. if you have side bangs, but you want people to see the tragus get it on the other side of your bangs. also, think about your other piercings. (in your ears) i have 2 on my right ear and one on my left (lobes) so to even it i got mine on the left. Also, my bangs are on the right so you can even see it. it was a win win situation!

get it on the side you don't sleep on. it is not fun sleeping on a brand new tragus piercing...
