I get it almost every day. The way I deal with it is to get up and walk around, as long as I'm busy the clock ticks along and I don't feel tired. If I stay at my desk it just gets worse to the point where I'm almost sliding off my seat. I also found that having a light lunch helps you feel less tired in the afternoon.
