  • bacteria, food particals mostly. A good brush should clear it up. If not, I would think it's something medical you might like to get checked out.
  • This could be caused by smoking, poor diet, recent antibiotic treatment, mild dehydration, poor oral hygeine. In extreme cases a yellowish tongue may suggest excess bile present in the gallbladder or a possible liver disorder. If the tongue is covered by a coating, it may indicate the presence of toxins in the stomach, small intestine or large intestine. If the posterior part of the tongue is coated, it will indicate that toxins are present in the large intestine. If the middle of the tongue is coated, the toxins are present in the stomach and in the small intestine. See your dentist or family physician.
  • i really dunno mine is the same way. and well i just got my tongue pierced but it had done that before i took water pills along with laxitives could that be a reason
  • This is caused by a specific kind of bacteria that is present when you have flue or especially when your tonsils are infected. Treat your tonsils with Megamox 1gm twice a day for 2 weeks. Also use Panadol 2 tablets a day for the same period with Megamox. Until your tonsils infection reduced to minimum or even to zero "Impossible ". For those of you who are enthusiastic and with the tonsils that have been removed you can still use the same method because it's an until bacterial WARFARE With regards, Dr. Love
