Suddenly all these different types of fungus aregrowing in one patch on my grass. Why would this happen?

Often times that fungus has always been there but it hasnt germinated. It might not have had the ideal growing conditions until now. It could be because a wetter than normal condtitions. Another thing that could have brought it to you is if you were to have bought infected plants. The most part is that the people around you could have given it to your yard because it will spread from yard to yard. If it is a fungus Scotts makes a good product that will take care of lawn funguses. I dont remember the name of it right now but I do know that it is carried that the Home Depot and most other gardens supply centers. But is product is ineffective to farrie ring. I would also ask what the signs of your supposied fungus is because often times insects can make it appear that you have a fungus problem.
