I just got a divorce but must wait 31 days before I can apply for a marriage license in Texas. Can I get married outside of Texas before the 31 days is up?

Yes. Marriage licenses issued in other states must be recognized by Texas according to Federal law. Just make sure the other state you go to doesn't have a law that says you must be clear to marry in your home state.
