Absolutely not. I either trust my partner or I don't. Sending someone out to follow my partner seems to me as deceitful and shadowy as whatever I think my partner's doing. If I have doubts, I bring them out into the light and we talk. What I do with the information from then on is a decision I have to make. You can't enforce trust; it's a matter of faith.

G'day Tom, Thank you for your question. Only in extreme circumstances such as I suspected that they were stealing from me. However, if the level of trust in the relationship has deteriorated to such an extent that the use of private investigators is being considered, that is a good time to get out. Regards

I really doubt it. I love and trust my wife very much. If I sensed something was wrong or out of place, I guess I would ask her about it.

Not that i would ever have to if i though something was going on i could do it myself,im shifty and devious enough and save paying a PI.

Never. If I do such a thing then that would clearly indicate that I don't trust them. Communication between two spouses is always the best choice.

I never would something like that to anybody no matter how bad the relationship is going down hill. And I would agree with Barcaluv...Just ask and if she is hiding something sooner or later it will come out. Remember, the best thing comes to those who wait.
