Both will do the job. The thing I don't like about baths is that you get a lot of soap redidue on your body afterwards, so you have to rinse anyway.

i think a shower , cause the bath water , gets realy yukky after while . and how many of you hate cleaning the after the bath ring on the bathtub its a royal pain in the a##

I like the squeaky clean, completely rinsed feeling from a shower. You rinse yourself, you scrub all your bits and pieces with soap and then you rinse over and over, enjoying the warm water. All the dead skin and soap and stray hairs all go down the drain. You imerge....CLEAN!

I would say a shower as it rinses you constantly, as you sit in the bath you are surrounded with soap scum.
-
I think you are equally clean both ways.

Shower everytime, but a nice long soak in a bath is very theraputic.

A shower, a bath may be good for relaxing but you are wallowing in your own dead skin and soap it is ok if you shower off afterwards.
-
I prefer a shower.
-
Think about it this way... When you take a bath, your feet and butt are in the water that you are washing your face and body with! hmmmm :P I prefer showers.
-
I prefer taking a bath because I like to scrub my self and get myself clean. I only use the shower to wash and rinse my hair. I have balance trouble when standing in the shower since I have Spina Bifida and can't stand for a long time.

A shower, a bath is sitting in your own dirt. However a bath is nice now and again.
