Negative thoughts...u knw like...um...something happening to someone etc. sometimes i wonder if they are thoughts at all or some kinda vision of sumthin which might happen sometime.i use the word 'some' too many times dont i.maybe like some 10 times or something...

It is probably from a combination of allergic rhinitis and sleep apnea. Congestion aggravates apnea.

I'm old..our sleep patterns change. I get enough sleep, just not all at one time as I used to. :)

Maybe restless legs. Or when they can't get to sleep, they just lay there, instead of getting up and reading a book, or watching t.v. until their sleepy. There's no set amount of sleep for us. Every one is different. Some require 5 hours, while others require maybe 8. But if you don't all asleep in 15 minutes, get up and balance your check book or something. I din't say get up and do your laundry or housework. Just find something boring. Not playing computer games either. This will just energize you. Light exercises before bedtime also helps. Yawning a few times works too.
