When you are sure :-) If you are then go for it, a special occasion such as a birthday is always nice, but if you cant wait that long then the sooner the better I guess, Good Luck.

If ur a girl she has to wait for the right age that is after 18 to select a right person.. And if it is a boy he has to propose a gal when he is settled with work and he should able to manage a family.

Only when you feel in your heart and your mind that you are completely ready to commit yourself to living with the same person for the rest of your life - and all that entails; in sickness & health, rich or poor, and all the rest. It is a huge responsibility and 50%+ of first marriages end in divorce. It is the most serious decision of most people's lives.

When you want to be married, and when you think the other person will say yes. You can be married before you have finished college or bought a house or started on your career. In fact, I think going through major life events together, including the downs of getting started, are what helps bond a couple. Get married when you want to :o) Just wait a little while before adding the munchkins!
