  • I know this is an old question but Beverlyofhills answer is incomplete. Any super glue that contains cyanoacrylate is safe and widely used in aquariums. I use Loctite Super Glue Gel to stick my reef frags on rocks. The two part epoxy resins work good too, but need to cure out of water. Don't take my word for it: type 'aquarium safe super glue' in a search engine and you will find loads of information on what is safe/unsafe to use.
  • Go to a pet shop and let them know what you're looking for. I'm sure they'll have something that will fix your tank.
