You probably feel chest pain when you sneeze because of all the muscles that you just used. When you sneeze, you're pushing the air out of your lungs very forcefully, to remove the foreign particles that are irritating your nasal passages. To get the air moving fast enough, the muscles in your chest and abdomen all work together go send out the air.
