I would document everything I could and get all the evidence I could..then I would turn it all in to the Authorities...and enter the witness protection program

I would be a whistleblower. I actually did for a company because of their discriminatory actions and I was just "laid off" for trying to tell the owner about my supervisor's actions. Now I believe the owner, supervisor, and HR (a popular outsourced PEO) were all in on it. I had to hire an attorney and file a charge w/ the EEOC due to discrimination and retaliation.
Although now it's difficult to find a job, I don't regret filing w/ the EEOC.

    "Blow, Gabriel, Blow" -

I would tattle like a first grader.

Either way, it's likely I'll be looking for a job... so, I may as well attempt to take the high-road on the way out.

There is so much awful behavior committed in the name of profit. People are so used to it, they just ignore it as a cost of doing business.

    Life shouldn't be this way.

I hope I would have the integrity to be a whistleblower. But you can put yourself in a difficult position if you don't actually have evidence.

...you could always stoop to their level and blackmail them so you DONT become a whistleblower.
