  • No time frame can be assumed to be right. It must be specified in that contract change. If it's not specified it could be either/or as per the seller or buyer- and if an agreement can't be reached, someone would have to take the other to court. It is reasonable that both parties would agree the time frame stays the same and just the lot# changes. This is NOT CARVED IN STONE. Both parties must agree and write it out. Normally, you should strive for a compromise and out it in writing- not involving a lawyer or court. If you can't agree and have that in writing, sheesh, go get the lawyer...
