Help answer this question below.

My iPod wont show up on my computer or any of the programs on it - esp. iTunes. My iPod starts charging but I cant find it on my computer. How can I fix this so I can add new music?

    This happened to me. I reset my Ipod like 5 times before the computer would recognise it andthen the computer told me to restore my Ipod

    Try uninstalling itunes and then reinstalling it. Then plug in your i pod
