What does the length to wait ratio have to be for high school baseball?

    All non-wood bats used in high school games played under FED rules must be BESR certified. To meet BESR certification, the weight to length drop cannot be more than -3 (and the barrel must be 2 5/8"). So if a non-wood bat is BESR certified, it is legal for FED high school.
