Sometimes you can find something pretty by doing an image search on google. I just input "Christmas border" and saw several attractive ones. You'd need to choose "medium file" to make sure it isn't a tiny image that wouldn't enlarge well. It's generally okay to use the images on google UNLESS you were to take them and incorporate them into some money-making endeavor.
