Do kids actually use their cellphones for "emergencies", what do they really do with it?

Umm, they pretty much call all their friends to just talk or send thousands of text messages. Very seldom will a kid really have an emergency. If you are curious, you could check the call log.

Yes they do,christmas time my daughter got knocked down by a car,my son was with her hes 12,he rang me and the police and ambulence right away.
