Well being that the minor was drinking underaged AND driving under the influence the minor will not be permitted to drive for a very long time. With the crackdown of underaged drinking and even a more severe crackdown on DUI arrests, minors may not get their driving privilages reinstated until they turn 21 or 25. As far as the criminal charges go, a juvinile's criminal record will probably be wiped clean at age 18. Even though the driving privilages will remain suspended, the criminal charges/convictions will not remain.
