I speak 4-english, french, italian, and german. I have a friend who speaks 8!! But, I'm not sure if there is a cap on how many you can speak--I believe it just depends on your willingness to learn and your ability to keep them all straight!

I speak Greek, english, cantonese, and german (not perfect yet)and i can understand and read French and also spanish, i also speak some spanish and Mandarin.
