Yes I am 22 weeks pregnant and feel the same feeling. Its just your body getting use to stretching. The feeling around your belly button is usually the baby tugging on the umbilical cord or moving it. Check with your doctor to be sure.

sounds like round ligament pain..normal in pregancy. http://www.babycenter.com/refcap/pregnancy/prenatalhealth/205.html http://www.babiesonline.com/articles/pregnancy/roundligamentpain.asp

Very normal, but DO mention these during your prenatal check ups, you might be given some great ideas by your doctor to keep the pain minimal

I also am pregnant although I am only almost 18 weeks.. I have had the same problem and talked to the Dr. -- He stated that I was having round ligament pains and the reason my belly button was getting sore was due to my uterus stretching... As far along as you are then your uterus is probably even with your belly button! Good luck and congrats!!

I have two childern and went through the same problem. This is normal. Your uterus is just stretching out making room for the baby. Dont worry about anything.

Im 21 weeks and I have cramping in the lower part of my belly and seem to keep a headache. Should I be alarmed?
-
Im pregnant too, I am 19 weeks on Monday, I have back pains, pains in the lower stomach and around my belly button hurts.

It's normal

My wife is 12 weeks pregnant with our second and she's already experiencing these pains, she has also been feely movement since 10 and a half weeks. Is THIS normal??
-
okay this is to the lady named Melissa82... the baby's umbilical cord is attached to the placenta, not to OUR belly buttons. Our belly buttons are from where our umbilical cords were attached to a placenta at one time as well.... so therefore, that is NOT the reason for any sore bellybuttons.. Theyre sore from the uterus stretching and slowly pushing the bellybutton outwards like many have seen with pregnant women... i just wanted to correct that, thanks!!!
