Get an order of protection....Get statements from the school and other witnesses and get an order of protection saying thqat he cant come near your daughter or within 100 meters of any schools she attends...

Your question involves several complex answers and other questions.

Are you legally divorced? if so, has the court ordered child custody? is a restraining order in effect? stalking is a criminal offense. have you ever notified the police and made a police report? if your husband came to the school and pretended to be a police officer, this is criminal impersonation and he definitely can be arrested for this offense.

Do you have an attorney? if not, you NEED one as a starting point. next, call the police and make a report for harassment and the criminal impersonation.

You have many options that need to attended to and it needs to be done right now. kidnapping may also play a part in this situation, depending on the circumstances.

You are going to need proof to make a case. get names and addresses of the people he approached and identified himself as a police officer. sit down and write dates and times of all events that include stalking.

Any person that identifies himself as a police officer is a dangerous person.

- we are legally divorced for over 2 years. he is not the childs relative.im getting a d.v.o order from the magistrate. i have evidence of that phone call to the school. i beleive he is dangerous. he has not turned up in person at the school however.
