  • Hmm... well, my cleavage has never really bothered me. I wouldn;t waste my money on it myself, as I think if mine were massive I would either look like barbie or fall over, neither of which is a particularly good look
  • Not unless I get a sex change and I don't see that happening.
  • No, I'm a guy, and boobs on a guy just don't look right.
  • no no no. I am a 42DD; if anything, I'd have a reduction.
  • No, I never thought I needed them. If I had to wear a training bra..I might consider it, but they would not be huge. I am a C cup now so that's enough for me.
  • I would not, even if I were a woman. I would prefer to stay as I am and just brush my teeth, go to the hairdresser and buy the right dress to besser my external appearance. But maybe it is an option in particular cases, for instance after an ablation, if you are afraid of the looks that it could cause. Last but not least, it can sometimes cause health problems.
  • Not currently. I'm not the biggest on top (in fact just the opposite) but I wouldn't want a huge bust. Maybe after I have children I'll feel differently, never say never!
  • No. No. No. Heavens, no.
  • No, for one thing I'm a man. And even if I *Did* like how breasts look on a man, I have enough trouble keeping myself standing upright, (not to mention enough pain in my back), already, even without having any extra weight surgically added to my upper torso.
  • I would only consider "reconstructive surgery" if my breast or breasts had to be removed due to cancerous tissue.
  • No, my boobs are more than big enough for my frame . I do not see anything wrong with people doing it if they have very small boobs and it will help their self esteem
  • Nope. Having larger breasts is not an issue for me. Although in 10-15 years I will probably like a little "lift" and probably would get one.
  • If I was flat or real small like an A cup I may consider it but its never even crossed my mind since...I dont need it. When Im older and they arent so perky anymore thats a different story and I may consider a breast lift but thats about it. Why change yourself to something your not? Attention? Insecurity? Naa.
  • Probably not. If my boobs were any bigger, I'd be knocking over innocent bystanders on the street.
  • Got 'em. Wish they were a bit smaller, but if I lose a little weight I guess they will be.
  • No !! I'm a guy, and I have to work out extra hard to keep from having them. If you aren't careful, pecs can turn into boobs after 40.
  • I'll have your boob implants, if you'll oblige. :)
  • i think people are waaaaay to much focussed on appearance. i would never ever have an operation without medical reason. that's just asking for trouble if you ask me.
  • I am a DD.. I already cant see over my boobs to the tv if I am laying flat, I really dont want to make it any worse.
  • Yes. But not because I want to impress anyone. In fact, everyone I've been with has more than appreciated my (albeit small) breasts. I would make the jump to a large B or small C at the very most, and it would all be for me, me, me. Simply because I think they'd be fun. I love my appearance. Obviously, no one is ever 100% satisfied with how they look and I think anyone who claimed to be as such would be lying. But low self-esteem is not an issue for me - so if anyone wants to call me on THAT for wanting breast augmentation...just remember that I already said I'm not doing it because I hate my breasts. How's THAT for a soapbox??
  • Yes but I would not have them very big. Just enough to lift them. Child bearing and age have made not-so-perky anymore
  • I don't believe in fixing what's not broke. :-)
  • i want to actually, i'm 34 years old and they just aren't as "young" as they once were.
  • I would but the whole having a penis thing is getting in the way.
  • NO WAY do I need more!!! Panic mode, panic mode! I might take you up on a reduction, though. I could even donate to others. What I wouldn't give for less backache and clothes that fit and less oogling from guys.
  • If I had enough money and enough time I could take off I would. Im the smallest one in my fam, and I feel uncomfortable when others talk about how big they are. I just want to fit in better.
  • yes, but I would put them in the dashboard of my car and look for things to run into.
  • I am in September and can't wait!
  • I was thinking about this the other day because my friend has them and the look REALLY good. But I came to the conclusion that having breasts that look good in a bikini IS NOT WORTH not being able to feel certain sensations with them (if you know what I mean :) Because when you get implants, the sense of touch is reduced dramatically. and for me, that would s*ck. (lol, pun intended)
  • No I'm comfortable with who I am.
  • Yes, But since I am a 38DD, first I would need a reduction and then have implants put in to make them the size they were before the reduction. Seems kind of silly doesnt it, but the thought of being able to wear cute shirts tanks and strapless shirts without having to have a bra on would be AWESOME. There is nothing like having to have huge wide straps showing to ruin an outfit (wider straps needed due to the weight of large natural breasts). I dont have a problem with my size... just the "perkiness"
  • Perhaps. I'm plentifully endowed in my opinion, however, I wouldn't say no to a bit more cleavage :x
  • If I did, I would have no more reason to leave the house:)
  • ROCK ON BOOB IMPLANTS! YOu know if you aRe InTo tHoSe SoRt Of ThInGs, LoL
  • Breast implant surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America. Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
  • No, I don't need boob implants.
  • No. I could probably use 'em with my pair of mosquito bites though, but oh well. Maybe someday bra-less hopscotch will be an Olympic event. Then all you normal girls with your appropriate female curvature will be sorry! MUAHAHAHA! ...or not. :)
  • Actually they are called breast agmentataion, and after breast cancer, yes,I did get a boob job.
  • I have had mine done, 8 years ago. I was totally flat chested and only got a size B put in. Best thing I ever did, not for men, just for my confidence. I researched it thoroughly and knew what risks I was taking. Each to their own
  • Of course, Maybe I'd get free drinks :) Maybe...not quite sure though.
  • Probably not.
  • If i had the money i would probably jump at the chance, simply because that is one of the only parts of me i dislike, though i am hoping to borrow sarasmiles for a couple of days lol
  • Probably if I had very small boobs or they dropped badly and I felt self conscious about them. I have nothing against surgery if it helps make a person more self confident and happy.
  • yes but only something that fit my body well.. like something natural.
  • Yes, I plan on it. Although the procedure is expensive and I've heard sensation there is reduced afterwards. It would not be to attract men, since the kind of guy who only cares about the size of my breasts isn't for me anyway. If it doesn't hurt anyone and it would be a little confidence-booster, why not?
  • No, I feel like my boobs are two big, they're probably the right six for my body but when I run downstairs in the morning I feel like I'm gonna get smacked in the face!!! haha
  • Nope. I'm a solid C, and can go without a bra. I've had people ask if they were fake, though.
  • am a female and yes i would have a boob implants. I would just have to find a very good certified plastic surgeon to do it.
  • No way, I've been begging them to take some off for years!
  • No... I'm a guy! LOL
  • nope. and i'm 30A. i don't know why, but i like having small ones. my boobs are probably the only part of me i've never been insecure about, ironically. that said, i don't have anything against people who do choose to have them. as long as they don't go nuts with it or anything, you know?
  • No..I would never undergo surgery for vanity..if there were some physical deformity, that would be entirely different...otherwise, no way! :)
  • LOL!!! No thank you, but I could donate to a few people:-)
  • I already have and they look and feel fantastic. There is no sensation difference. I don't even notice they're there. I didn't go huge. I have not had one guy complain yet.
  • You think it would help me pick up more chicks?
  • No.I think sleek looks better.
  • Yes, I would. I want breasts to fill out dresses that I like but can't wear currently.
  • Nah, I don't want any moobs.
  • ofcourse!
  • No, I'm a 40D. I have all I need!
  • Ahahaha. Make them bigger? God, no.
  • No way! I'm happy with the boobs I already have. Most of the time it is a bad idea to have boob implants. It's also usually very obvious that a woman has had them and it doesn't look natural.
  • Yes and someday I will, siclicone though, not saline they look and feel more real.
  • i do have implants actually...i had them put in five years ago, under the muscle so they look more natural, not just under the skin which produces the look of stripper breasts...one of the happiest choices i've made in life.
  • Sure, I had mine done and I love them!
  • Would no mine are way to big! :)
  • I have enough already.
  • I might like a very small implant, but I could really go for a lift (after nursing 2 babys)
  • i wish they were bigger by like a little bit, but i wouldn't get implants
  • Being a guy, I rather think not, LOL!
  • nope. big boobs wouldn't look good on me because of my body type.
  • hell yeah if i had the money!
  • No way. I had them for 16 years, and they leaked, and as a result, my immune system is RUINED. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and suffered from severe pain until I figured out what the problem was and had to spend over 3 times as much to get them removed as I spent on getting them put in. I would not recommend them to anyone!
  • No, I wouldn't ... guys like natural.
  • No, never. I don't believe in having unneccessary surgery.
  • No - for 7 specific reasons: #1.) I'm healthy, and doing something unnecessary that might harm my health seems stupid. #2.) It seems like it would hurt like hell to get it done, and after healing, having implants in my body sounds like it may feel uncomfortable. #3.) Because I have 2 teenage daughters and while I think looking good is important, I also think that specifically having my breasts enlarged would set a bad example for them. #4.) Because I have better uses for my money. #5.) Because I'm a petite woman who measures 33-23-34. Putting much in the way of boobs on my body would really look fake - like a 'porn star wannabee.' Tacky. #6.) Because I'm 46 years old - women who try to have blatant sex appeal at my age seem pathetic to me. I was a head-turning 20-something once - been there, done that, bought the t-shirt. Once is enough for this lifetime. I think the most attractive women are the ones who know when to say, "Baby - What you see is what you get - take it or leave it!" #7.) Because I've been married for nearly 20 years, and if I decided out of the blue that I suddenly needed big boobs, my husband would probably worry a little about what was going on in my life - or at least in my head - to trigger this decision.
  • YES.. I DID... I GOT MINE DONE IN COLOMBIA. IT WAS WORTHY THE TRIP.. PRICE, SAFETY AND ASSURANCE WAS GREAT.. AND NOW I am feeling pretty good about myself.. these things add confidence. www.breastaugmentationfaqs.wordpress.com
  • I'm quite happy with the bustline God gave me and so is my bf.
